Dr. Don Dodge has been pastoring for over 30 years and holds a Ph.D. in Theology and Apologetics from Rawlings School of Divinity. He has been hosting biblical tours for nearly 20 years. His passion for these experiences stems from the deep conviction that visiting the places where our faith was formed is one of the most powerful discipleship tools we have. Walking where Jesus walked and exploring the places where our faith spread to the ends of the earth brings clarity, understanding, and a connection to Scripture that can’t be found anywhere else.

After his very first tour, Don felt overwhelmed by the sheer volume of what he saw. He worried that he would forget and that the experience wouldn’t last. Then, months later, he heard a sermon on Jesus’ Sermon on the Mount. The question came to mind: “I wonder what everyone else is imagining right now?” For Don, he was back on the hillside overlooking the Sea of Galilee. He could still see the natural amphitheater where Jesus spoke to thousands. Clarity was brought to the story in a way that was only possible by having visited.
